About
NanoElectronics group
Our young, interdisciplinary team bridges novel quantum materials with functional devices, paving the way for next-generation information science. Our research spans from the fundamental physics of electronic transport in atomically precise nanostructures to the engineering of hybrid low-dimensional systems, translating rationally designed materials into advanced device architectures. By covering the full chain from material and device characteristics to practical applications, we strive to deliver transformative breakthroughs in information processing, quantum technologies, and integrated circuits. We welcome prospective master’s and doctoral students, as well as young scholars (postdoctoral researchers and above) with research interests in this field to join our group or conduct academic visits. We also seek to establish collaborative partnerships with outstanding research teams both domestically and internationally to jointly advance the development of this exciting field.
